MD Masudur Rahman was born in Bangladesh. His father was a businessman, and his mother served as his inspiration. His childhood was filled with joyous memories shared with his sister and brother. He attended St Gregory’s High School, one of the oldest and most esteemed schools in Bangladesh.  

After completing his SSC there, he continued his education at Dhaka Commerce College, where he finished his HSC. In early 2013, Masudur left his parents and siblings behind to pursue higher education in Australia. His jourey was marked by hard work and dedication as he gained experience in various sectors.

While working in different organizations, he realized his potential to do more and decided to venture into business. His passion for the education industry and his expertise in sales and marketing became his strengths. While in university, he founded STUDYIN, which has now become a renowned education firm in Australia, serving both the education sector and corporate world. Running a business while studying posed immense challenges, but Masudur persevered with faith in Allah. He successfully overcame numerous obstacles and completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Federation University Australia in 2017. Throughout the years, he worked firelessly, employing people in offices across Dhaka, the Philippines, Dubai, and nearly all states in Australia. Masudur always sought to solve problems and innovate. He recognized the need to address his business’s IT needs and, in response, established

Tech To Cloud. Initially serving his own business, it eventually extended its assistance to others. Recently, he expanded his reach by acquiring the Canadian IT business, Trigger Icon, with an eye on the USA and Canadian markets.

In 2018, he married Rashida Akter, and together, they continued to build their business empire. Masudur is also a resident of the United Arab Emirates and has successfully invested in several businesses, leveraging his marketing and strategic prowess.

Throughout his decade-long career, honesty, integrity, and dedication have been his guiding principles. He established numerous businesses and became a trusted investor, forming the MDMR Investment Group Pty Ltd.

Since 2019, he has heavily invested in various educational institutions in Australia. His passion for cryptocurrency led to

the creation of MDMR Capital Pty Ltd, making him an early player in the crypto world. Masudur’s ventures have extended into the Australian real estate industry, where he continues to grow his portfolio, promising even greater success.

His unquenchable thirst for knowledge led him to earn additional degrees in Australia, further enhancing his expertise. He is a humble leader, inspiring others to excel and remain open to learning. He has established valuable relationships with renowned business coaches, including Gary Vaynerchuk, Kerwin Rae, and Andrew Tate. He is a member and life member of the Australia Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.

Beyond business, his passion for philanthropy fuels his drive to make a positive impact. This commitment to helping others motivates him to persist in his goals. Recently, Masudur welcomed a son named Musa Raman into his life, adding a new chapter to his journey. He dreams of leaving behind a lasting legacy for his family and the world.
